Memberships

If I leave town for an extended time; may I pause my Membership?'

                 We understand that every situation is different and unique so to answer your questions just reach out to us and I am sure we can figure it out!

If I purchase a Membership today; when will it begin and when will I be charged each month? 

You will choose your Membership start date. The first month will be charged on the date you purchase the membership. Your on-going renewal charges will be on the same date you chose to START your membership.

How can I update my CC/Debit Card on File?

You can do this on your 'profile' page in your MindBody Account.

May I change my membership? 

Yes! You can switch to another membership by emailing us at info@ThePilatesLeague.com

How do I cancel my Membership?

 A Membership may be cancelled by emailing us at info@ThePilatesLeague.com at least 15 days prior to your next billing date.

Cancellations

How can I cancel a class that I signed up for?

Visit your MindBody Application or the MindBody website and go to 'My Schedule;' find the class you wish to cancel and press on the class and choose 'cancel'. You will be prompted to confirm your cancellation.

What is 'Late Cancellation' and will I be penalized for having to 'Late Cancel?'

We require a 12 hour notice to cancel your class with no penalty. If you cancel you class within 12 hours of the start of the class, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $15

What happens if I signed up for a class, did not show up and did not cancel my reservation prior to the start of the class?

You will be charged a $33 'No Cancel/ No Show' Fee.

Why? Because each reformer/ accessories/ Chair for each individual client; specifically setting rope lengths, stopper settings, spring settings, etc. We ask that you 'cancel' your reservation prior to the class start time (even if it is only 1 minute before the class starts).

The Studio 

Is it required that I wear 'grip socks?'

Yes, because many skills in the repertoire will cause you to slip and possibly risk injury. The 'grip socks' provide the right amount of traction to lower risk of injury and create a stable environment.

Do I have to purchase 'Grip Socks' from TPL? 

We do have a great variety of sizes and styles that are available for purchase. But, you can buy grip socks from wherever you would like! 

Parking

Where do we park?

Please park in front of the Pilates Studio, along Mill St. or Charles St. Please AVOID parking in front on the Salon across the street and do not park on the East Side of the Pilates building (space between the Liquor Store and the TPL Studio)
